So I was fired from a job for clocking in a minute late. Absurd…absolutely it is.

There is a new study that says the average boss usually gives their employees some leeway when it comes to being late. After six minutes you’re considered late but until then, you’re probably good.

According to CareerBuilder, 29% of people say they’re late to work at least once a month and 16% are late at least once a week.
