Man Arrested Near Antioch on Drug, Driving Charges

(Antioch, IL) A Spring Grove man is in the Lake County Jail, after being hit with numerous drug charges. Steven Mors was pulled over by a Lake County Sheriff’s deputy in Antioch Township, after being observed driving at a high rate of speed. The 32-year-old was said to be driving on a suspended license, and was arrested. The vehicle was then searched, and that search turned up methamphetamine, cocaine, unprescribed Adderall tablets, cannabis, a scale, and other drug paraphernalia. Mors now faces three class X felony drug charges, along with multiple driving related counts. Bond was set at 500-thousand-dollars with a court date set for early February.
