Is this even a question? If you’re under the age of 20, an “album” is a collection of songs, kind of like a playlist, except the songs are typically by a single artist and released at the same time.  Anyhow…a new study says that listening to full albums can have positive mental benefits. I talk a lot about mental health awareness, my personal struggles and I can tell you not only when I listen to music does it help but when I go a while without listening to my favorite tunes it puts me in a funk. About 83% of people said listening to albums helps them relax . . . and 76% said listening to albums can make them feel better if they’re feeling down. Try it out for yourself next time.
